The LogonBox Messaging Service is a new feature provided by LogonBox to allow for easier setup and configuration of Email and SMS messages from the LogonBox system.
LogonBox servers have always allowed connections to SMTP server for Email and your choice of SMS provider for SMS messages.
However, particularly with SMS providers, the process to setup the connection has not been standard and each configuration come with it’s own process.
In order to help with this we’ve now created our own SMS provider system, as well as using our own mail servers, to make this setup much easier.
The Cloud Messaging service is available to all LogonBox products and license levels.
