To use the LogonBox Cloud Messaging service for One Time Password you should navigate to the Authentication Flow Options page at Administration->Authentication Flows->Authentication Options->Delivery.
The Provider option here should be set to LogonBox Cloud Email if it is not already set to this by default.
This setting can also be overridden on an Authentication Module directly.
Edit an Authentication Flow which contains the OTP module and click the Edit icon on the module.
