Introduction
This article describes how to use LogonBox to send SMS messages via Twilio.
Twilio Credentials
First, log on to your Twilio account.
On your main console you will find your Account SID and your Auth Token, copy both of these.
Now click on View all numbers next to My Twilio phone number.
On your Active Numbers page, click the link for your Messaging service which you should have already set up previously.
On this page you will find the Messaging Service SID, take a copy of this.
LogonBox Configuration
In LogonBox navigate to Authentication Flows and ensure you have SMS in your password reset flow (or it's being used as part of User Selective 2FA).
Navigate to Authentication Flows->Authentication Options->SMS and change the Provider to TWILIO.
Click Apply and then navigate to Messages->Settings and select the SMS (Twilio) tab.
Enter the values for Account SID, Authentication Token and Message Service SID as saved above and click Apply.
Optional: Now navigate to the SMS Code tab in Authentication Flows->Authentication Options.
Here you can review how your one time password gets generated. For example you may wish to only send an OTP containing numbers, in which case you would set the characters values to 0, as below.
Your configuration is now complete and you should be able to start sending SMS messages from your LogonBox via the Twilio service.
