As you are prompted during the initial setup wizard to set your own credentials, there is no default username or password for the LogonBox web UI.
For access via SSH, the username for on-prem installs is root with a password you define on first boot. The username for cloud VMs is hypersocket-idm and a private key selected on install of the VM.
