To disable the TLS 1.0 protocol under LogonBox performs the following:
- Navigate to System Configuration -> Server Configuration
- Under SSL Protocol you will see TLSv1 in the Included list, press the arrow beside it to add it to the Excluded list.
- Hit Apply.
